Debate between Christopher Hitchens and Alister McGrath

The link below is to a google video of a recent debate between Hitchens and McGrath and I think you’d have to agree Hitchens wins this round. Sitting here after watching the 1:40hr presentation, I can’t recall one decent rebuttal or point that McGrath made. It seemed every piece of ‘evidence’ he conjured up, in someway, was how he ‘interpreted’ things. Well I’m sorry, but your interpretations just don’t cut it it reality.

Toenail Adventures

For those that know me, I have had a few years of ongoing issues with my right big toenail!! Last year I had surgery at my local doctors to get it removed. However, my body is so good at fixing itself, it grew the nail completely back. This week I went under a general at the hospital to get this fixed once and for all. The procedure is similar to the one discussed here and here but includes the removal of the entire nail and nail bed.

Its been a few days since the surgery and I wanted to change the bandage because of the bloodstains we noticed around the house (oops) :) I forgot to take too many pics last time I had the surgery so jumped at the chance this time. Now, I warn you these pics aren’t for the faint of heart. It took me at least 2 hours just to remove the bandage!! It’s bloody sensitive I tell you :)
